At Noora, we believe jewelry should last as long as the legacy of the woman who wears it. Every demi-fine piece from Noora comes with a Lifetime Warranty, ensuring long-term assurance and support.

📜 Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers:

  • Tarnishing or discoloration of plating on eligible demi-fine jewelry

We use 18K gold micron plating over sterling silver or premium hypoallergenic alloys to deliver a luxurious, long-lasting finish.

Time from Delivery Resolution
0–6 months Free replacement of the item
6–9 months 50% of invoice value in Noora Credit (valid for 6 months)
9–12 months 25% of invoice value in Noora Credit (valid for 6 months)
Beyond 12 months 15% of invoice value in Noora Credit (valid for 6 months)

Noora Credit can be used on future purchases at www.noorajewelry.in
Note: Noora Credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

❌ Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by regular wear and tear

  • Breakage due to mishandling

  • Loss of stones or crystals

  • Third-party alterations or resizing

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

We offer a one-time free re-polishing service for 92.5 sterling silver and 18K gold-dipped jewelry under this policy.

📩 How to Raise a Warranty Claim

If you're located in Jaipur
You can visit our Noora Studio (Coming Soon) with the product and invoice. Our staff will guide you through the process.

If you're located elsewhere:

  1. Take a clear photo of the affected product showing the issue

  2. Email the following to support@noorajewelry.in:

    • Subject line: Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]

    • Describe the issue clearly

    • Attach photo evidence

      3. Share the courier tracking details (AWB number) in the same email thread.

  • All claims are subject to inspection and validation by the Noora Quality Control team.

  • Noora reserves the right to decline claims that fall outside warranty coverage.

  • Store your jewelry in a dry, airtight container, and avoid contact with perfumes, water, or sweat to extend its lifespan.
